Managing Libraries: How to remove Favourites from navigation pane in Windows 8?

In order to remove favourites from navigation pane in Windows 8, follow the tutorial below.

In the left pane of Windows Explorer you will always see Favourites there. Under the Favourite tab you will see Downloads, Desktop and Recent Places. If want to remove favourites from navigation pane, follow the steps shown below.

1. Open Windows Explorer. Move to the view tab in the toolbar.

2. Click Navigation Pane . Click Show Favourites to clear selection.

De select favourites

Now watch Favourite items are all gone from navigation pane.
