Made about 10 searches. Sorry.
Dropbox is leaving files on my desktop that have no info and won't delete. I only have three at this point.
These are remnants of Excel shared files that were opened and closed but never saved.
38C26630, 2A8EE720, 5B41E900 are names of the files. Have seen these numbers before in dropbox.
Files will not "get info", will not "move to trash", will not "open". Absolutely nothing happens when these functions are performed.
No Wat! "move to trash" responds with;
"The item “38C26630” can’t be moved to the Trash because it can’t be deleted."
How do I get rid of these icons on my desktop?
